measurable outcomes. Her professional journey exposed her to the gap between education,
research, and real-world application, inspiring deeper reflection on talent migration and
national capacity. She is also the founder of Thinking Lab, an initiative that encourages young
students to think beyond marks and degrees toward responsibility and contribution.
